Despite missed cut in Saudi, Diksha is fourth on Merit list

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia : Diksha Dagar, Pranav Urs and Avani Prashanth will head for three weeks action in Australia after the first two events in Morocco and Riyadh. Diksha came close to grabbing her third LET title, before losing a play-off in Morocco, while Avani Prashanth tied for 16th in the same event in her first event as a professional on the LET.

The LET season takes a trip to Australia in March with the first of three events, the Australian WPGA Championship, taking place from March 6-9 at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club.

In Saudi Diksha and Pranavi missed the cut, while Avani did not get into the field.

Diksha despite the missed cut in Riyadh is fourth on the Order of Merit. Avani is 26th. Dagar has 320 points

After the opening two events of the 2025 Ladies European Tour (LET) season, it is Cara Gainer who sits at the top of the rankings.

With two tournaments completed, England’s Gainer leads the way at the top of the standings with 505.18 points to her name.

The 29-year-old won the season-opening event defeating India’s Diksha Dagar in a playoff at the Lalla Meryem Cup. Gainer also made the cut at last week’s PIF Saudi Ladies International finishing T53 to add a few more points to her total.

Closely following behind is Thailand’s Jeeno Thitikul, who was the winner in Riyadh, and she sits in second place in the standings with 500 points.

It’s been a great start to the season for England’s Annabell Fuller, who is in third place with 340 points to her name. The Englishwoman has finished in the top 10 at the first two events securing T6 at the Lalla Meryem Cup and outright third place at the PIF Saudi Ladies International.

Singapore’s Shannon Tan is fifth with 242.56 points after third place in Morocco and T39 in Riyadh.
